Delivery

Customers prefer the convenience of on-site delivery, so that's what we do — within 50 miles of the spring, Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm. As a new customer, we'll confirm your name, address, phone number, email, and delivery amount, then put you on the schedule.

From there, it's up to you: set a standing amount for every delivery if you already know what you'll use each month, or have us call, text, or email you a day or two ahead of each run to check whether you need more or less that time.

Payment is due at delivery or when you receive your electronic invoice. We accept credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Affirm, and ACH through our online invoicing portal, as well as checks — see Legal & Privacy for the full breakdown.
