Terms of Service
Delivery area & schedule. We deliver within 50 miles of our spring in Avoca, NY, Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm. On-site pick-up is available during those same hours.
Order quantities. You can set a standing amount for every delivery, or have us check in by call, text, or email a day or two beforehand to confirm how much you need. Either way, you can change your arrangement at any time by calling us.
Payment. We accept credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Affirm, and ACH payment through our online invoicing portal, as well as checks at the time of delivery. You may keep a card on file or pay each invoice individually. Payment is due at the time of delivery or upon receipt of your electronic invoice.
Products. We currently offer Avoca Spring Water in 5-gallon water cooler bottles only. We do not manufacture, sell, or rent water coolers; coolers referenced or recommended on this site are third-party products, and we're not responsible for their performance, warranty, or safety — that's between you and the manufacturer or retailer.
Changes or cancellation. You can change your delivery amount, pause, or cancel service at any time by calling 607-566-8408. We ask for reasonable notice where possible so we can adjust our delivery schedule.
Liability. We take care in collecting, filtering, and bottling our water to the standards described on this site. Our liability for any claim related to our product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that delivery. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party equipment (including coolers), misuse or improper storage of our product after delivery, or delays outside our reasonable control (severe weather, road conditions, and similar).
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Privacy Policy
What we collect. To set up and manage your delivery, we collect your name, address, phone number, and email address. If you pay online, our payment processor (QuickBooks) collects and stores your payment details directly — we don't receive or store your full card number ourselves.
How we use it. We use your information to schedule and confirm deliveries, send invoices and receipts, and contact you about your service — by phone, text, or email, whichever you've asked us to use.
Who we share it with. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We share only what's necessary with our payment processor (to bill you) and, if applicable, delivery staff (to complete your delivery).
How long we keep it. We keep customer records for as long as you're an active customer, and for a reasonable period after in case of billing or service questions.
Children's privacy. Our services are intended for adults arranging water delivery for a home or business. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have on file for you at any time — just call or email us using the information below.
